Athena Real Estate LLC, is a real estate investment company founded in 2004. They specialize in mobile home parks, RV Parks and Resorts, Self-Storage Facilities, multifamily, and capital markets among other things.

Our client was looking for Florida office furniture and a solution to create and partition private offices in their open office space. Our highly versatile modular office walls are ideal for this type of application due to the flexible nature of the possibilities that they offer.

They are adaptable in that they can be easily reconfigured by adding or removing office partitions to meet your specific office interior layout requirements, offering the opportunity to create anything from private offices to collaborative spaces, office reception areas, and much more.

Because they are prefabricated off-site and modular in nature, the installation time and labor effort required is reduced considerably, making the entire project far more cost-effective and less disruptive than traditional construction methods.

In this project we created four private office spaces defined by fabric modular panels and glass walls.
