How should I maintain my restaurant tables and chairs?

Most of the furniture we offer is easy to maintain and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For care and cleaning requirements please consult the “Cleaning Information” section below.

Can orders be placed by phone?

Is there a minimum order?

No. Customers are welcome to order as many pieces of furniture as they need.

Do you sell to residential customers?

Is the furniture delivered assembled?

Some of our restaurant tables and chairs come assembled. Others require minor assembly and comes with illustrated instructions. Confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected surfaces to avoid scratches.

What is your warranty policy on furniture?

Most furniture is typically warrantied between 1-5 years depending on the manufacturer and the model. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear. Please check the “certification and warranty” section for the product you are interested for actual information.

Shipping

What is your turnaround time?

Delivery can vary depending on the manufacturer. There is an estimated time frame for shipping on each product on the site.

How does your company ship and how much does it cost?

These restaurant tables and restaurant chairs include FREE SHIPPING right to your door/threshold via UPS, FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery trucks equipped with a lift gate (platform on the back of the truck that works like an elevator). Driver will bring your order to the doorway (no stairs included), but not inside the main entrance of delivery location.

Please note, large orders will require an additional fee for special delivery if you don't have a loading dock. In these cases, we'll contact you before processing your order to arrange the details.

Sometimes planning restaurant seating can be tough. That’s why we’ve added relative seating capacity images next to each table to help you answer your seating questions.

Commercial wood chairs vs. metal restaurant chairs

Metal chairs are more suitable for outdoor commercial settings. They are, lightweight, inexpensive and some models can last for decades. Wooden dining chairs on the other hand, are solid, stylish and reflect a touch of class.

How to choose?

• Durability and customization -  laminates provides a water proof, heat proof and high durable surface. They are commonly used in many commercial venues and are suitable for both inside and outside use. They have black t-mold protective edging and are considered one of the most durable restaurant tables. Choose a laminate dining table and you will never have to worry about water rings, scratches, hot plates and chemicals. We recommend them as the number one option for all commercial venues.

• Classiness – Nothing looks as stylish and as solid as the restaurant wood tables.  However you need to take special care to protect their surface from scratching, as well as not allowing water to sit too long on the surface. Check the “Cleaning Information” section below for details.

Restaurant plastic tables and chairs are great choice for commercial venues because they are extremely durable, easy to keep clean and come in many styles and colors. Keep in mind that plastic furniture is more suitable for outdoor patio settings

 

Cleaning Information

Aluminium, Chrome, powdercoat and stainless steel should all be regularly cleaned with a commercially available detergent and a soft dry cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners. 

Timber and Laminates can be best cleaned with warm soapy water and a damp cloth, not to much water and then dry off with a dry soft cloth. Never use a silicone spay cleaner. Do not forget that timber furniture requires maintenance oils and lacquers. All patio tables and chairs will weather and deteriorate over time. Polypropylene and resin chairs are best cleaned with warm soapy water and dried off with a soft clean cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners.

Vinyls and leathers are best cleaned with warm soapy water & dry soft cloth after, for hard to remove stains try a small amount of detergent to spot clean away. Do not forget to check the manufacturers label before you use any cleaners.
