Our cubicle installation team will typically receive your factory-direct freight-shipment either at the installation site or at a nearby warehouse facility. Choosing one over the other is left to available facilities and project economics.
Upon receipt of the freight, our team will carefully remove it from the pallets and conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that all components are present and undamaged during transit. For warehouse shipments, these goods will be reloaded onto a local delivery truck and transported to the installation site once the most suitable delivery dates and times have been coordinated and mutually agreed upon.
For projects that encompass numerous commercial furniture manufacturers and multiple shipments, our standard practice is to consolidate the products and wait until everything has arrived. Then, we schedule a single delivery and initiate the installation on the same day or the following day. However, if site conditions or timelines necessitate it, individual factory deliveries and your office furniture installation will be scheduled independently.

The Dogbone Cubicle Layout + Private Modular Office Wall Partitions

This version features electric adjustable height desks to promote employee workplace wellness and provides a means to stand and stay active during their workday. It's an investment that offers both cost and wellness benefits.
The desk design incorporates a 120-degree curvilinear work surface, which is placed atop corner sit stand desk. These elements seamlessly fit together to form the shape of these dog bone workstation clusters. Additionally, a few half-dogbone desks are included in 3-station clusters to optimize space utilization.
The structural framework for these dogbone cubicles consists of fabric-covered cubicle walls with windows that stand at a height of 67 inches. These panels offer adequate separation and privacy, whether one is seated or standing, and serve as a sturdy base for hanging cubicle hanging storage.
The framed plexiglass dividers positioned atop the cubicle walls serves multiple purposes. They enable eye contact, allow the flow of light, and function as workplace shields to assist in reducing the spread of germs within the open office space.
Regarding office storage solutions, the office layout includes various elements, including mobile box box file pedestals, secure locking overhead storage bins and accessible open cubicle wall shelves. Additionally, 2 drawer lateral filing cabinets flank the ends of each desk cluster.
For the office colors we combined warm sandy cubicle fabric and laminate worktops and paired them with white metal storage cabinets with matching trim paint. This classic combination is versatile and well-suited for a wide range of office interiors.
The 8 Glass Wall Offices strategically placed along the windowed perimeter, provide the perfect blend of advantages.
They are created using our MOW 9 Series Office Wall System. Specifically, the I9 series at 107” tall and consisting of 2 glass modular office wall panels and a panel with a metal office door with sidelight.

Each perimeter office includes an l shaped desk in a 6’ x 6’ footprint. The desks main – or front section – is a height adjustable desk white finish at is a 72” wide. The return is a stationary desk 72 x 24 inches. Desk returns are either left or right-handed. Included in the listed price are the Task & Guest Global Vion Chairs.

HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE WORK DESK
This turnkey office design includes 34 seats set in open concept office space. Included are frontrunner among office design trends and one of the best office desk solutions available today: electric sit to stand desks.

Each position is configured as an L-shaped workstation, featuring a 72 x 24 desk surface mounted atop electric desk legs and equipped with a programmable smart LED keypad. The use of a 3-stage dual motor mechanism ensures faster and quieter adjustments compared to 2-stage models.
DESK PRIVACY
The fabric-covered desk screen dividers not only offer sound absorption to enhance office acoustics but also serve as a versatile office privacy screen both above and below the work surface.

Zig Zag Layou

When considering the cubicle and its impact on the modern office furniture layout it’s unsurprising that we seek to extend its application. We continuingly strive to expand what is cubically possible and design better office furniture ideas that help to counter the negative perception – real or imagined - of the cubicle farm.
Aiming to buck convention, our office space planner developed an interlocking zig zag layout with our O2™ cubicle system for an accounting firm needing office furniture in New York.

The solution embraces the open office concept and creates a collaborative office space with a visual openness anchored in a modern office interior. We took a somewhat unconventional approach in designing this open plan office layout and ended up proving – to ourselves if no one else - that all zig’s and not equally zagged unless we’re takin 120 degree workstations.
Each workstation has a white 30x60 desk top with 39”H grey cubicle walls on two sides, one topped with frosted acrylic desk screens. Each station is equipped with a white pedestal file cabinet and cubicle tray organizer and document storage systems.
With this innovative office design solution we were able to make this grey and white office interior look like a million bucks, but it’s yours for a whole lot less.

Office Benching

This mixed use office space was designed specifying Benching Office Furniture.
Combining the open office floor plan with perimeter private offices built using our Modular Office Walls (720) system unites two enduring office design trends. This design approach remains attractive to office managers for its transparency and connectedness. The result is an office environment that is highly collaborative office and all about a teamed approach.

There are 8 private offices in total. 1 row of 6 interconnected L-shapes and another row of 2.
All office wall partitions are constructed using our O2 office wall systems furniture which are available with integrated electrical power outlets positioned beneath each individual desk unit. These spline-walls also feature integrated furniture components; in this case supported worksurfaces.
For economic efficiency each of these private office pods share a center-spine-wall-separator (1 wall supports 2 offices) and seamless furniture component integration.
The open office layout comprises 12 benching stations organized into two clusters: one cluster with 8 seats and another with 4 seats.
The 8-seat cluster consists of 4 pairs of seats set back-to-back, while the 4-seat cluster consists of 4 seats arranged in a single row.
This office layout strikes a balance between modern and classical design principles, with a strong emphasis on team proximity as a top priority.

Clustered Cubicle Workspace

After successfully completing a large-scale, multi-phased project for office furniture in Brooklyn, we were entrusted with furnishing an expansive 8,500 square foot commercial office space in Howell, NJ.
Initially, we focused on the rooms situated around the perimeter, which included executive office furniture sets, furniture for meeting rooms of varying sizes, training tables and chairs, breakroom tables and chairs, and the reception area furniture.
Following this, our senior corporate space planner crafted several ideas for office layout that aimed to promote and nurture collaborative workflows. The outcome was a cluster-based approach that fostered connectivity between team leaders and team members, presented in a linear and visually open orientation.

This cubicle design, emphasizing proximity and connectivity, achieves two key design goals. Firstly, it maximizes space utilization in the office floorplan by employing shared walls. Secondly, the clusters' connected layout encourages collaborative work among employees.
The cubicle layout consists of long clusters running perpendicular to the length of the rectangular workspace. This evenly divides the space and keeps common aisles short, benefiting both employees moving to and from their desks and ensuring compliance with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations.
Most clusters feature 2'x5' straight desks separated by frosted dividing screens, often referred to as glass stackers. These clusters are also flanked by L-shaped manager cubicles at one end.
