How accurate are the dimensions in the product descriptions?

Sometimes measurements are rounded to the nearest inch. Please consult us if you need exact measurements. We are not responsible for any standard variations.

How should I maintain my café style table and chairs?

Most of the furniture we offer is easy to maintain and can be cleaned with a damp cloth. For care and cleaning requirements please consult the “Cleaning Information” section below.

Can orders be placed by phone?

Is there a minimum order?

No. Customers are welcome to order as few or as many pieces of bar furniture as they need. Shipping logistics may vary.

Do you sell to residential customers?

Yes, we sell to residential customers. Additional handling or inside delivery may be required for oversized orders.

Is the furniture delivered assembled?

Some of our bar stools and tables come assembled. Others require minor assembly and come with illustrated instructions. Confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected surfaces to avoid scratches.

What is your warranty policy?

Most café tables and chairs are typically warranted between 1-5 years depending on the manufacturer and the model. Products are not warranted against regular wear and tear. Please check the “certification and warranty” section on the individual product listings for accurate information.

Will I receive the item in the exact color I see on the listing's pictures?

Very close, yes, but not always exact. Colors can vary depending on your computer monitor, and we can't account for that - contact us for physical samples if you need something to match an exact color.

Shipping

What is your turnaround time?

Lead times and transit times can vary depending on the manufacturer. Check the individual product listings for accurate timing estimates.

How does your company ship and how much does it cost?

Most of our cafe seating and bar top tables include FREE SHIPPING right to your door/threshold via UPS, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Home Delivery trucks equipped with a lift gate (platform on the back of the truck that works like an elevator). The driver will bring your order to the doorway (no stairs included), but not inside the main entrance of delivery location.

Please note, large orders will require an additional fee for special delivery if you don't have a loading dock. In these cases, we'll contact you before processing your order to arrange the details.

How many chairs for a table do I need?

Sometimes planning cafeteria seating can be tough. Small 24" tables should only accommodate one or two people. 36" tables can seat up to four. 48" tables  and larger can comfortably seat five or six.

How should I choose between metal cafe chairs and wooden cafe chairs?

Metal cafe chairs are usually more suitable for outdoor commercial settings. They are lightweight, durable and inexpensive. Wooden café chairs on the other hand, are better suited for indoor use only. They are solid, stylish and can reflect a touch of class.

How should I choose a bar or cafe table?

It truly depends on your priorities, and what you most value in your furniture.

• Durability and customization - laminates provides a water proof, heat proof and high durable surface. They are commonly used in many commercial venues and are suitable for both inside and outside use. They have black t-mold protective edging and are considered one of the most durable cafe tables. Choose a laminate dining table and you won't have to worry as much about water rings, scratches, hot plates and cleaning chemicals. We recommend them as the number one option for all commercial venues.

• Classiness – Nothing looks as stylish and as solid as the wooden café tables. However you need to take special care to protect their surface from scratching, as well as not allowing water to sit too long on the surface. Check the “Cleaning Information” section below for details. Plastic tables and chairs are great choice for commercial venues because they are durable, easy to maintain and come in many styles and colors. Keep in mind that plastic furniture is more suitable for outdoor patio settings.

Cleaning Information

Aluminium, chrome, powdercoat and stainless steel should all be regularly cleaned with a commercially available detergent and a soft dry cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners.

Timber and laminates can be best cleaned with warm soapy water and a damp cloth, not too much water, and then dry off with a dry soft cloth. Never use a silicone spray cleaner. Do not forget that timber furniture requires maintenance like oils and lacquers. All patio tables and chairs will weather and deteriorate over time. Polypropylene and resin chairs are best cleaned with warm soapy water and dried off with a soft clean cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners.

Vinyls and leathers are best cleaned with warm soapy water & a dry soft cloth after, for hard to remove stains try a small amount of detergent to spot clean away. Do not forget to check the manufacturer's label before you use any cleaners.
