Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest.
