Our Construction Manager Office Trailer is designed to provide a comfortable and functional workspace tailored for executives and managers. It features two distinct workspaces: an executive office space equipped with 72"x66" and 60"x60" office L desks with desk pedestals, two office task chairs, and two guest chairs, creating an ideal environment for focused work. The second workspace includes a 72"x36" 6 person conference table with chairs, a 72"x24" pantry table with a cabinet pedestal, and two stackable chairs, offering a space for meetings or breaks. This construction management office trailer is the ideal solution for leadership, combining comfort and functionality in a well-equipped office environment.

FEATURES:

  Laminate office furniture has 3mm impact resistant edges on all the ends.

  Metal brackets for additional strength and rigidity.

  Metal pins + cam fasteners for easy assembly.

  Office cabinet drawers with full extension ball bearing slides.

  The lateral file cabinet's drawer construction is for accommodating hanging files.

  Each first drawer has a lock, which components are keyed randomly. Please contact customer care to learn more about keying alike (an upcharge applies).

  Office desk chairs with tilt tension adjustment + tilt lock +  center tilt movement.

  Working chairs’ seat + arm height adjustment.

  Properly contoured cushions + waterfall seat edge.
 

COLORS & MATERIALS:

  The desks, tables and pedestals are available in 6 finishes: Cherry, Espresso, Maple, Mahogany, Modern Walnut, and Antimicrobial White. 

  White, Modern Walnut and Espresso are standard with silver handles. Cherry, Maple and Mahogany are standard with black handles. 

  White, Modern Walnut and Espresso are standard with silver grommets. Cherry, Maple and Mahogany are standard with black grommets. 

  The ergonomic task chairs have breathable black mesh back and black mesh fabric seat.

  The stacking chairs have plastic back and seat and also Chrome Finished Steel Frame.

These products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that products shall be free from substantial defects in original material and workmanship under normal use in standard office conditions. It is not warranted any matching of colors, grains or textures.

This limited warranty does not apply to damages resulting from normal wear and tear, shipment, storage, alteration, misuse of the product or the failure to provide proper care and maintenance, or product installation or reconfiguration. Additionally, no custom products or products used for rental purposes are covered.
