These refined U shape tables for large boardroom settings feature the following elements and attributes:
U Shaped Boardroom Table design
This boardroom meeting table is composed of 7 sections and seats approximately 20.
Supports for the top consist of the following: double wall modesty panel, 2 end panel bases, 6 smaller intermediate panel bases, and 2 wire management bases with access doors – all of which are finished with a 3” high polished metal laminate shoe molding.
1-1/4” Chamfered wood edge towards the “inside” and “seated” sides of the u-shape.
1-1/4” Flat eased edge along the two 36” short ends.
On the top there will be five ECA “Reef” power/data units in brushed aluminum. Note that the lids of the units must be left open while in use.
5 power/data units in brushed aluminum, each with 4 power, 2 powered USB, 2 HDMI, and 2 data connections. *Note that the lids of the units must be left open while in use.
All necessary hardware included.

This boardroom table is available in a variety of straight grain wood veneer finishes with the grain in the short direction, also stone, solid surface, and back-painted glass to suit your specific needs.

CERTIFICATIONS & WARRANTY:
The manufacturer warrants to its initial customers that the manufacturer’s products conform to specifications, drawings, samples, or other product descriptions furnished by the manufacturer, and are of good material and workmanship, free of manufacturing and factory defects, and will function properly under normal use and service for three years if installed by the manufacturer or an authorized dealer. However, natural variations in color and grain patterns occur in bent wood, solid wood, and veneers.
The warranty set forth above does not apply to products modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized personnel, or to products damaged during shipment or installation, or by accident, abuse, alteration, misuse, tampering, misapplication, negligence by others, improper repair or maintenance, fire and/or other casualty. This warranty does not apply to defects in components not manufactured by the manufacturer.
It is expressly understood and agreed that the customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any and all losses or damages resulting from non-conforming goods, or from any other causes, shall be the repair or replacement of defective parts at the option of the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer shall not be liable for damages, for injury to persons or property, nor for replacement of the entire commercial unit, if repair or replacement of defective parts can reasonably render the unit conforming.
Seller makes no other warranties, either expressed or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, and the manufacturer disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose. No officer, employee, or representative of the manufacturer has the authority to assume greater liability than that described above.
This furniture functions best in proper conditions, including in temperatures between 55 and 78° F, in relative humidity of 43 to 70%, and in interiors that are shielded from direct sunlight. Failure to maintain proper conditions and to shield from direct sunlight will void any and all manufacturer warranties.

Your conference table will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches.
If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access. If your delivery requires stairs, non-business hours, or union labor, please contact us ahead of time for a special quote.
